- Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support ([email protected]) as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If successful, a full refund will be initiated, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Order Cancellation After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.
Refunds if applicable
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any orders, except in the case of fabric defects.
