SHIPPING POLICY

At 89TEN Mumbai, we collaborate with third-party logistics partners, each having their own delivery timelines.

To track the status of your order, you can refer to the shipping airway bill number provided in the Shipping email sent on the dispatch date. Access our Dashboard or use the Track Order link in the order email, along with the Order #, for tracking details.

Please note that all garments listed on our website are made-to-order, requiring a minimum delivery timeline is 10 working days and maximum is upto 15 working days.

The Dispatch Date serves as an estimated timeframe for the production of your ordered product. Once your order is ready for shipment pickup, we will notify you via email.

While we are not responsible for any delays caused by logistics, we assume liability only for the Dispatch Date.

It is important to provide a full street address with the correct pin code/zip code, as courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. The accuracy of the address is the customer's responsibility.

In certain countries, Fridays are typically non-working days. Deliveries are usually made during the normal working hours of courier companies, which may vary from country to country.

Additionally, please be aware that shipments to hotels, colleges, schools, hostels, and corporates are made at the customer's risk. If the package is not accepted by the institution's warden or in charge, or if it is refused for any reason, 89TEN Mumbai will not issue a refund or credit to the customer's account. Furthermore, we will not attempt re-shipment of the same order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We provide FREE SHIPPING within India.

For international shipping, the estimated cost will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs charges and additional fees incurred. The shipping and handling rates for international orders are determined based on the size of your order. The rates are calculated per kilogram of the product or based on volumetric weight, whichever is higher. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we work with, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

Regarding international shipments, the courier company will make two attempts to deliver the parcel. If unsuccessful, it will be the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel from the local courier office designated by the courier company. The charges for collecting the parcel will be borne by the customer. Any further delivery attempts by the courier company will also incur rescheduling charges, which will be the customer's responsibility.

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST

After placing an order, if you need to change the shipping address, you can request an address change within 48 hours of placing the order or before receiving the Shipment Dispatched email, whichever occurs earlier. To request an alteration to your shipping address, please send your request to [email protected], and our team will assist you accordingly.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please note that certain courier companies impose penalties for incorrect shipping addresses, specifically when the provided address and zip code do not match. In such cases, the customer will be solely responsible for bearing any associated penalties or fees, and 89TEN Mumbai will not be held liable. It is essential to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address.

All our products are carefully packaged in polythene or boxes, secured with 89TEN Mumbai tags, before being handed over to the courier service personnel.

In situations where customers have selected products from different shipping categories with varying dispatch dates, the overall dispatch date will be determined based on the category with the longest shipping duration.

WHAT IF ANY DELAY

In the event of a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or any unusual delay in fulfilling an order, we will promptly notify you via email. Please note that no compensation will be provided for such delays.

It is important to understand that certain circumstances beyond our control, such as natural calamities (e.g., snowfall, flood, earthquake, tsunami), epidemics, pandemics, and similar events, may hinder the timely delivery of products. In such situations, we may be unable to meet the original delivery schedule.

Please be aware that delays caused by logistics or customs clearances are not within our control, and therefore, we cannot be held liable for these delays. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the order reaches the "Ready for Dispatch" stage within the specified timelines. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to facilitate coordination between you and the logistics team to minimize any inconvenience caused.

VAT/TAXES/CUSTOMS DUTIES

VAT/Custom Taxes and Import Duties are determined by the rules and regulations of individual countries and are beyond our control. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly by them. Please note that VAT/Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process and may be imposed by the respective government of the destination country.

For international customers, any customs or duty fees imposed by their country are their sole responsibility. We have no authority over these charges and cannot predict their occurrence, as policies vary from one country to another. Therefore, it is your responsibility to be aware of and settle any applicable fees.

In some cases, the courier company may impose additional service charges on top of the customs duty, depending on the circumstances.
